I stayed here with my family this past July for a week and we are still talking about the experience. The resort is heavenly and the staff was wonderful! I only wish they had more things to near by, like clubs and shops to visit. But there was a near by water park which was nice and a free shuttle to the Mazatlan resort which had a great beach and near the shopping area. I would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to visit again!!

We just love the resort. The service and the beauty is way more than what we excepted. The Spa was just great and the service. We have been here twice and we keep coming back.We are leaving this Saturday to Emerald Bay for some fun, fishing, and relaxation. The service at the resort is just fantastic and we keep coming back.

My family and I have visited for the last 3 years and it is a wonderful experience. We stay in the Villa's which are awesome.. Raul and Luis always take very good care of us. We are headed that way next month for a week and are so looking foward to it. The resort is beautiful and the service is like no other. There really is no reason to leave to go anywhere else. The spa is an experience that everyone should take advantage of, we always do a spa day. The pools are excellent and service is above and beyond anything I have ever experience. We are enjoying our final evening here at Emerald Bay, and we hate to leave. Everything has been lovely, especially the staff and the facilities. Best spa and gym ever. Spectacular sunsets nightly. Lots of activities for kids, but quiet places for the rest of us. Reflects old Mexico culture at its finest. We'll be back.

Emerald Bay is one of the most beautiful properties, I have ever seen. Everything is so pristine and well maintained, from the grounds to the rooms, including beautiful pools, a great beach and my favorite place to siesta, the hammocks! My favorite restaurant on the property is the new Bistro. The setting is wonderful and relaxing with amazing ocean views! You have the choice to be seated indoors or on the spectacular patio. The evenings at the Bistro can be very romantic. Arrive early to take in the sunset, then enjoy your well prepared dinner, from their extensive menu! The restaurant staff is superb. The manager Luis was so friendly and accommodating. Our waiters, Miguel and Giovanni were so good, their service was exceptional! They were friendly, professional and timely. The Bistro staff clearly enjoy their jobs and take pride in their service and attention to detail. It is nice to have dining options while on property and this restaurant is the perfect addition to an already great resort. I can't wait to go back!
