  La Cordeliere.

  One of Mazatlan's most enjoyable dining experiences, La Cordeliere serves masterfully prepared international and French cuisine and festive themed buffets. Enjoy relaxing ocean views dining in our casually elegant atmosphere or feast al fresco on our beautiful shaded terrace - the perfect place to enjoy a culinary adventure with breathtaking ocean vistas. Enjoy live music as it enhances your dinner experience on Friday and Saturday nights. La Cordeliere pays tribute to an important time in Mazatlan history when a group of valiant men warded off the invasion of the awesome French warship for which our Mazatlan restaurant is named. Don't miss our legendary Champaign Sunday Brunch. La Cordeliere serves breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to noon, and hosts our Theme Night buffets from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 pm every evening.
  

• The Bistro.

  Swing by The Bistro to experience mouthwatering international cuisine - from delicious gourmet pizzas to fresh sushi from the sushi bar. Our brand new Mazatlan restaurant serves an innovative fusion of world cuisine in a swanky, modern atmosphere and on the outdoor waterfront terrace. The Bistro has a great selection of fine wine provided by our sommelier. The Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.

• Emerald Grill.

  Take a break from the sun and fun at the new Emerald Grill, offering convenient light and full menus with fresh sandwiches, salads, snacks, and a variety of refreshing beer and cocktails. Open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Sunset Grill.

  Located by the main pool, the Sunset Grill serves delicious Mexican and international cuisine throughout the day in a casual bistro setting. Enjoy fresh ceviche, tostadas, enchiladas, fresh green salads, and variety of fine cuisine from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Deli I and II.

  The Deli is a casual eatery and bakery for enjoying fresh-brewed coffees, cappuccinos, light breakfasts, sandwiches, fresh-baked cakes, breads, pastries, snacks and deserts. Stop by the mini market to buy groceries and sundries during your stay. The Deli also offers internet computers, wireless access, a copy machine and secretarial services for a nominal fee. Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 p.m.

• In Suite Dining.

  Whether you desire a romantic dinner experience or a late-night snack, our Mazatlan resort offers private in-suite dining 24 hours a day.   With its exotic decor, resplendent with fine woods and handcrafted furnishings, Kelly's Bar inspires visions of a long-ago era, when heroes from the past might come strolling through the door. Kelly's Bar offers a extensive menu of special martinis, fine tequilas, wine and spirits, as well as hors d'oeuvres and light foods. Stop by for a spirited elixir, an afternoon snack or a midnight bite. Open from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

• Aquabar I.

  Swim up to the convenient Aquabar I located in the pool by the Sunset Grill. Soak up the Mexican sun as you indulge in with a variety of cocktails, sandwiches and snacks. Open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Aquabar II.

  Located at the adult's only pool, Aquabar II serves a variety of refreshing cocktails, sandwiches and snacks. Swim up to the Aquabar II from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Beach Bar.

  For all the cocktail lovers relaxing on our private beach, we offer bar and food service right on the sand and sea. Relax on our beautiful beach and enjoy spirits and fresh cuisine with your toes in the sand and your soul in the heavens - from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
