La Cordeliere offers fine ocean view dining in its casually elegant interior or al fresco on the shaded terrace the perfect place for masterfully prepared meals and festive theme night buffets. The naming of La Cordeliere is a tribute to an important time in Mazatlán's history when a small group of valiant local men warded off the invasion of the awesome French warship for which the restaurant is named. Open from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Emerald Grill by the main pool serves specialty offerings throughout the day in an attractive bistro setting. Open from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Kelly's Bar, with its exotic decor, resplendent fine woods and handcrafted furnishings, inspires visions of another era, when heroes from the past might come strolling through the door. Hors d'oeuvres and light foods are featured, along with an extensive menu of special martinis, fine tequilas, wine and spirits. Open from 2:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M.
